Potatoes are both large and small in the pack, meaning you can select the perfect amount for each meal. These potatoes are perfect for mash, roasting, frying, potato salad or bake! Iām able to enjoy potatoes while restricted on a low gi diet with the spud lite potatoes as my sugar does not spike after consumption.

Good small potatoes, packaged in heavy plastic, but it does help them keep well for long period. Good taste, versatile in use - all purpose potatoes and report they are 25% lower carb.
