Spudlite mini potatoes are my go to in every shop. The size of them means you can boil them whole or slice in half for perfect bite sized roast potatoes. They are soft, fluffy and delicious. I highly recommend.

Great spud potatoes, can microwave in the bag for 6 to 8 minutes, I use them to accompany roasts, snitzel s or just eat on there own with sour cream. They are australian grown, I also make a potato salad with them and add asparagus with a creamy mustard dressing.
