The skins is clean and easy to peal when the potato is boiled. I have been using it for salad and many more dishes. Will keep buying this product.

these baby potatos are fresh! the texture is crunchy. the skin is thin and clean, so no need to take away the skin.I bake it in the oven and eat tis with steak.It is yummy!
