We love these lower carb potatoes. Not sure how they do it but we take advantage of the ability to have potatoes dishes whilst knowing we are not having too many carbs. These are very tasty and are easy to use, come in a 1 1/2 kg bag which is just right for most of our uses

I picked up a bag of SpudLite potatoes out of curiosity. I’d seen them advertised as having fewer carbs, but honestly, I just wanted to see if they’d cook up any differently. To my surprise, they’ve actually become a bit of a regular in my kitchen. When I roast them, the insides turn out fluffy and creamy while the outside goes golden and crisp, almost like the perfect chip-shop potato without much effort. I’ve mashed them too, and they whip up smoother than most other potatoes I’ve tried. There’s this lightness to them that makes me feel like I can eat a big serve without that heavy, starchy feeling afterwards. I like that they’re Aussie grown and come in a handy 1.5kg bag. it’s just the right size for family meals across the week. The only downside for me is they’re a little pricier than the bulk bags of brushed potatoes, so I don’t always buy them unless I know I’ll be roasting or mashing for something special. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed them, they taste great, they cook beautifully, and they’ve made me appreciate that not all potatoes are the same.

spudlite potatoes are delicious and I love the low carb value of them. they're really easy to find in the shops and a 1.5kg bag is often just the amount I need
