love the supdlight potatoes. because they are lower in carbs I can eat more! have them as chips in the air fryer is a low cal snack or to gave with a meal.

I prefer the smaller sized ones. tried to use these to make shepherds pie but they took to long to cook and I got impatient so they didn’t make a smooth mash like I’d wanted. love that they’re lower cals than normal potatoes
