as a family is very conscious on carbohydrates due to having a diabetic these make it a lot more manageable as they are less carbohydrates which I never understood how that could happen however it is definitely proof in the pudding and my daughter‘s blood sugar levels. Don’t spike.

The potatoes were pretty good. I really like the fact that they are low carb because it helps me with not feeling like I am eating too many carbs in a meal and they are really versatile for both roasting and mashing. We also like to cook them on the Webber.
