Our absolute favourite potato in the last few years. They are fantastic no matter what type of meal you are making. We have done mashed, boiled, roast and even turned them into fries. All have worked out beautifully, despite the different textures for each type of dish. We do prefer the roast as they are beautifully fluffy on the inside and deliciously crisp outside. This bag has significantly larger potatoes than the smaller available bag, but that works well for all dishes. The smaller bag is great if you’re looking for potatoes to leave whole. You can’t really do that with these potatoes, as they are on the larger side. The skins can turn green if left long enough (I may have been guilty at one point!) but peeled and cooked, it made no difference to the taste. The lower carbohydrate count is fantastic for those counting macros, as it doesn’t reduce flavour at all. Will definitely keep using these.
