good price point and easily accessible from major supermarkets.nice golden skin flesh. versatile product for many dishes including mashed potatoes, boilling and roasting. have a good light creamy flavour with a mild taste.

this is my go to carb as it is lower in calories and tastes great. I love making roast potatoes or mashed potatoes using these. they cook really quickly and aren't very starchy. Great addition to your meals
