These are so good, they're small and easy to clean and quick to cook as well. Taste lovely too. Get more when on sale, you can make hashbrowns and etc.

The Spud Lite potatoes are honestly one of my favourites to buy and on our weekly list. They’re super versatile, cook evenly, and have a really nice, mild flavour that works for mash, roasting, baking and air- frying! I also love that they’re lower in carbs and calories compared to regular potatoes, which makes them a great choice when I’m watching what I eat but still want something filling and tasty. The 1.5kg bag is great value, and the potatoes stay fresh for ages.

Versatile work well for boiling roasting and frying and have a creamy texture when mashed. They’re useful option for when you want a lower car potato but they still do contain carbs so portion control is still important.
