These potato's have 25% less carbon and they are good for you. Easy to prepare whether you are mashing them or roasting them. Highly recommended and I buy these ince in a while.

we prefer the spud light potato’s at our house now. the have a good solid flavour but lower carbs. they are good for mash and chips and bakes so no reason not to buy them. they keep well past the used by date also
