I love using these Spud Lite pre-pack potatoes. They’re especially great baked in the oven with a bit of seasoning on top. Always cook well and are a great addition to the dinner plate.

The spud light prepacked potatoes come in a 1.5 kg bag they advertised has been 25% less carbs which I really liked. When I opened up the bag. They were extremely fresh. They were a great size. They are product of Australia which I also really liked.

low carbs option is great. however this is more watery than regular potatoes because it’s less carbs. good for meshing.

What I really enjoy is how versatile they are. I use them for roasting, mashing, boiling, and even making homemade chips, and they always turn out great. They get nice and crispy in the oven, and when mashed they’re smooth and fluffy with a really clean, fresh potato flavour. I also find they last well in the pantry and don’t spoil as quickly as some other potatoes I’ve bought. overall they are a great choice if you want a healthier-feeling potato that still tastes like the real thing.

love that it has less carbs than other potatoes but taste even better love the texture it doesnt go mush so its nice roasted!
