I buy these potatoes all the time because they contain less carbs. I picked these up from Woolworths at $6.50 for 1.5kg. so they are expensive but a slightly healthier option.

Great guilt free potatoes. A great alternative to regular potatos thst are higher in starch. They are versatile and great boiled, mashed or roasted. I am roasting them today with carrots and a roast chook. They do taste lighter but do not substitute or have any taste loss. Creamy, delicous and moreish. Buy them regularly now.
