Photo Review of Spud Lite Prepack Potato 1.5kg

A delicous and light on carbs potatoe. It does not compromise on taste, as i can still make starchy dishes like mash, or baked potatoes and it tastes very similar to regular potatoes. I have used it here in my veg stew.
