Spud Lite 1.5kg Potatoes are a great buy. They cook up really well and are perfect for mash, roasting, casseroles or even baked potatoes. I like that they’re a bit lighter than regular potatoes but still taste just as good. They go soft and fluffy inside and make a great side with pretty much any dinner.
