Review of Spud Lite Prepack Potato 1.5kg

great packet of potatoes. Cooks well even though lower in carb, however I would not recommend using them for a roast potato as they do not crisp up quite the same as a standard potato. never had a problem with freshness and always last a long time in the cupboard without spoiling.
