Review of Spud Lite Prepack Potato 1.5kg

as a type 2 diabetic, I love being able to have “real” potato’s without the spike in my sugar due to the carbs. these pair so nicely with any dish, they can be cooked incredibly soft or crisp up nicely in the air fryer or oven.
