Photo Review of Spud Lite Prepack Potato 1.5kg

We buy these potatoes quite often for a few reasons, we like the 25% less carbs idea, but they taste fine and we use them many ways for roasts, in curries and soon to be used in a sweet corn soup. They come washed and last quite a while in the fridge. I also like that they are not huge in size making them manageable during cooking prep.
