Floury, light potatoes. Used in a slow cook beef stew last night. Held their shape, absorbed the stew flavours and were lovely and soft. Suitable for any use- baking, frying, chips, mash. Yum. Locally grown in SA. No eyes or soft potatoes. 5kg is an excellent economy bag for a large family.
