I like Leeks Twin Pack for their versatile and aromatic flavours. I usually cook the leeks with the white and light green parts (the tender parts), and I like to save the dark green parts for my vegetable stock. I sometimes cut leeks in half into small rounds; they are wonderful as a bed for baked salmon.

Because it only has the white/root end of the leeks, they are usually clean and ready to use. Great in leeks and fetta quiche.
