4-Star Review of Hakuna Pets Mesh Sliding Pet Door

This pet door is great for renters or those who don’t want to get a whole new door/fly screen. It is really easy to set up. The pet door is meant to sit on the door runner. Unfortunately, the pet door didn’t make a wide enough gap for it to sit on our door runner. We have just wedged the door in between runners/ door frame so it still works. Another down side for us is you have to pay extra for the pet door height extension. We have a large dog and she has to crawl through the door at the moment. Without the extension it’s suitable for a small to medium dog/cat. Other than that, it’s great. Keeps the flys out and give our pets the freedom of enjoying the indoors and outdoors as they please. It’s great how it can come with us to every house we move to. Would recommend this product but just make sure you get the extension if you have a larger pet and that it’s suitable to the door you wanting to use it on! 😃
