A fantastic little treat or bowl of treats at a party. Darrell Lea make such lovely chocolate and liquorice - the only problem is that they are very moorish. It’s a bit hard to stop once you get started. 😉

They are my absolute favorite. I love the Dairy Milk chocolate bullets with the licorice inside. I have loved these as long as I can remember and would definitely recommend them to anybody.

These are my favourite chocolate bullets on the market, the chocolate is so delicious and the licorice is perfectly chewy. I have to be careful I don’t eat them all in one sitting!

I favour these over most alternatives, especially supermarket brands. The chocolate is noticeably higher quality—smooth, rich, and well-balanced against the liquorice core. While I slightly prefer the liquorice twist for texture and intensity, both formats deliver a strong liquorice flavour with a soft, chewy consistency that’s hard to match. I only purchase them when on offer, as the full-price point doesn’t represent strong value. Portion sizing is generous, but not enough to justify the premium without a discount. Still, as a treat, they hold up well—especially because they’re Darrell Lea, a brand I trust for ingredient quality and consistency.

Such a nostalgic treat. These remind me of my childhood and my grandparents. Darrell Lea do these old-school lollies particularly well. The chocolate is rich and creamy and the liquorice is chewy and tasty.
