I have been using it a while, normally I drink it when I wake up or before bed. It helps your digestion. 5 stats health star rating, 100% prune juice, no added sugar those why I love it. 1 l bottle enough for me 3-4 days. Just the glass bottle is very heavy when you transfer it.
