Isn’t the best tasting however has a high sorbitol and fiber content which is helpful.

Got this to help "move things along". Haven't tried it myself yet, but my friend swears by Prune Juice as a way to help if you are feeling backed up. Wasn't confident if I would like the taste so I only got the small.botrle rather than the larger lne
