I usually buy Brisling Sardines being the smaller type but they can be expensive, so I decided to for a cheaper version this time around, Deep Cove wild Caught Sardines in oil. Being sardines they had an odour about them but not as pungent as other brands, I had them with some salt and some chilli seasoning, the were texturally ok, a little on dry side but overall were pretty good, for half the price of the Safcol Brisling sardines I’d be interested in buying these as part of my regular sardines purchases. 4/5
