I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Safcol Brisling Sardines in Springwater. The fish are small and tender, and packing them in springwater keeps the flavour clean and light without any oiliness. They work great on crackers with a squeeze of lemon or tossed through a salad. No overwhelming fishy smell, good nutritional value, and easy to keep in the pantry. A simple, quality product I’ll be buying again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
