Tasty and fresh portion controlled meal with real ingredients. Has a nice flavour to and easy to just heat it up in the microwave. Once heated, the portion size is a little smaller than the actual bowl.

I buy these when they're on special at Coles for my husband to prevent him from spending too much eating unhealthy takeaway foods every day. So far he really enjoys them, even the vegan versions and he's a big meat eater

I found this to be more of a snack than a meal wasn’t filling enough for me. Other than that it tastes nice and I like the curry flavour

snap frozen and healthy ingredients. it's perfect for me to eat while at work. I like the calories at the top of the box but I sometimes feel unsatisfied with the amount. a good healthy diet choice
