The onions are nicely crunchy, not mushy, with that classic tangy vinegar kick that isn’t overly sharp or sweet. They taste fresh and work really well on the side of grilled meats, in salads, or even chopped into sandwiches for extra zing. The jar is generous for the price and lasts quite a while in the fridge. The only small downside is that the vinegar flavour can be a bit strong if you’re sensitive to acidity, but overall it’s a reliable, good-quality pickled onion that I’d happily buy again.
