Photo Review of Antoniou Fillo Pastry Chilled 375g

just used tonight to make a spinach pastry dish for my partner for dinner with leftovers for his busy day at work lunch. I have previously only used ones from the frozen section which needed to be defrosted before I could use. found this in the refrigerated section and it was less expensive so thought I would try it. I really enjoyed rolling with it. the sheets are longer it seems and they taste better.
