Review of Antoniou Fillo Pastry Chilled 375g

This filo pastry is easy to work with and bakes up beautifully crisp and flaky. It's perfect for making pies, pastries, spanakopita or sweet desserts. The sheets separate easily when handled carefully, and the finished result has a light, golden crunch. A great quality product that I'd happily buy again.
