really good and delicious yogurt. if it not working I eat it for breakfast but I also like to eat it at night as a little sweet treat if I’m feeling peckish.

thick and creamy Greek yogurt with berry jam at the bottom of the container. if you mix the yogurt with the jam together, it almost taste like a gelato. very delicious and highly recommended for snack or tea. high protein as well so it is very filling.
