Chobani Natural Light Greek Yoghurt is a staple in my fridge. It’s lower in fat but still thick, creamy, and has that classic tangy Greek yoghurt flavour. Great on its own, or as a base for smoothies, dips, dressings, or even cooking.

Husband loves this as it has the least amount of sugar and most amount of protein per serve. If you dont mind the acidic/tangy yogurt, this one's for you but I find it too much to enjoy on its own.
