A great nutritious choice for your yoghurt bowls, with low fat and high protein. I love to mix with assorted fresh berries and a protein granola for a high protein breakfast which essentially feels more like a dessert. in terms of consistently it's more runny and less thick compared to other brands but I still enjoy it.
