5-Star Review of Buttermilk

I bought this Coles Buttermilk for use in a chicken recipe, and it turned out pretty well. I used the remaining portion to make buttermilk pancakes with, and they were very tasty. It has a subtle taste and a thick texture and I would definitely use it again.
