I picked up the Kitchen Sandwich Chicken Schnitzel expecting a quick, filling lunch, and it mostly delivered. The schnitzel itself was tender with a light crumb, and it paired nicely with the fresh bread and salad inside. The sandwich had a good balance of savory flavor and a bit of crunch, which made it satisfying without feeling too heavy. It also held together well, so it wasn’t messy to eat on the go.
