the cheapest spinach I have ever found. I use it in smoothies, curries, salads, quiches, risotto…it cooks up beautifully and tastes crisp and buttery raw. if I put some paper towel in the bag it lasts for a week after opening. $4 for 400g is affordable, and I love it’s part of the im perfect range, where otherwise it would not have been sold as it does not meet the usual standards. the only draw card is the plastic bag it comes in that can’t be recycled. but everything seems more wrapped in plastic than ever before these days.

good price works out to be $10 per kg compared to other options. can't taste the difference to normal baby Spanish. only thing is need to get it dry so it'll last longer.
