Great way to get good value out of spinach from the supermarket. Huge 400 g bag of spinach leaves from the ‘I’m perfect’ range at Coles, for cheaper than the 280 g baby spinach leaves. Still good quality, with more variety in leaf size. Great for when you need lots for cooking.
