Used to love garlic once upon a time but with the cost of living and the bullying my child experienced I am focusing on animal products only. It’s a real treat to have it in butter but expensive if I arrange it myself.

Raw garlic is sharp, spicy, and pungent. Once cooked, it becomes much milder with a slightly sweet, rich flavor. When sautéed, it releases a very aromatic and appetizing smell.
