This Coles high protein yogurt gives 15g of protein in one serve. less fat content. tastes good. adding some granola top of this yogurt it tastes yummy. great for overnight oats also. overall good results.

Actually tastes way better than most high-protein stuff. Thick, creamy, and filling without feeling too heavy. Good amount of protein and doesn’t have that weird powdery taste some fitness foods get. Sweet enough to enjoy properly too. Easy option for breakfast or a quick snack during the day.
