Peanuts unsalted is full of protein great for vegetarians and vegans. Nice and crunchy, I love them on there own as a healthy snack. I also crush them and put them on a banana split or ice cream. When I make my own acia bowl I also put unsulted peanuts, or in my plain yogurt with fresh fruit. They stay always fresh in there packet
