I got these to put on a weekend dinner platter. my family I thought would enjoy these and they are easy to cook in the oven and small enough for everyone to try one or two.

Super yummy they take 15 minutes to cook really good you get four serves out of them and definitely good if you’re having guest sober for a cocktail night

These Carbonara Bites are such a good find at the supermarket!! They are great oil fried however also nice in the air fryer too for a healthier option instead. The balls are crunchy with sweet insides of cheesy, creamy and bacon taste. They would make also for a great entree, platter snack or lunch box item.
