Bright green fresh celery. I wish that supermarkets would sell half bunches or even individual sticks again however, as sometime I only use half a bunch. It’s good being able to flex the cooking muscle and work out a new dish to cook, but I hate it when things end up in the compost because we didn’t find a use in time…
