Great value if you want to make home made bahn mi. I toast them briefly in the air fryer to crispen the outside yet keep the inside soft. I have also blitz them to make breadcrumb, when I have not been able to use them all while fresh. They pair nicely sliced, and toasted served with pate and pickles as well, so not just for bahn mis.
