Sweet corn is the best food for on diet. I prefer the sweet corn not cooking with oil. For example boiling, just remove husks and silk and place corn cobs in a pot of boiling water, cook around 5–7 minutes until tender. Or Steam and place it in a steamer basket over boiling water for 8–10 minutes which can keep more nutrients.
