Sweet, firm, and steams well in under 10 minutes. Good snap when biting in. No weird aftertaste. Works solo with butter or as a side. Portion size is decent one cobette per person feels right.

Sweet, juicy amd nutritious corn. We prefer them boiled with salted water and served hot as a side dish. Very easy to prepare. Have tried the grilled, and microwave method.. but this way they remain juicy after cooked and sweetness remains.
