Review of Sweet Corn Cobettes

These cobettes are such a great way to save time in the kitchen as they come already shucked and without any need for trimming or peeling. This corn is always fresh, sweet and juicy: much more than it’s frozen or canned counterpart’s. Great steamed or boiled on its own, grilled worh a little butter or seasoning or cut into kernels and used in salads, salsa and fritters. Our favourite way to use these is in a fresh avocado salsa, served with some steak tacos.
