So delicious and fresh and juicy. There are so many ways to use corn too. You can eat it off the cob, either boiled or on the bbq with butter. You can cut off the kernels and add it to salads, stirfries, fried rice, Mexican dishes. It’s always so sweet and it is a nice cheap vegetable to buy that is loved by everyone in my household.
