Absolutely love these sirloin pork pieces. Was so beautifully cooked with a side of veggies. The pork was nice and delicious.

Very good value for the price. Not too thick so cooks up quickly while retaining flavours and doesn't dry out. Not too fatty either

these are great for stir fry as it has a nice edge of fat for extra flavour when fried. The meat has a lot of moisture though and cooks down to a lot less.

Buying the Coles Pork Sirloin Steak 500g because it was on special. They seem to be good quality meat. Pork sirloin steaks have a mixture of fat and lean meat which makes it perfect for cooking on hot pan without needing to add oil. However they could be but expensive at full price.
