Bought some Australian Pork Sizzle Steaks 400g from Coles the other day as it was on sale. The pork steaks were thin with minimum fat - perfect for dinner of 3-6. As they were thin, I was careful to ensure I didn’t burn them. They were fresh and flavourful. I only used minimum seasoning and just pan-fried it.

for a quick and easy low fat meal. Always keep extra in the freezer. slices are thin so they cook very quickly. lately I bought it fir my dog who is on a low fat diet. since there is little or no fat along the sides and easy to trim.
