tried this on beef and it made the meat so soft like Wagyu. i also use this to thicken the sauce and also on making gravy. love that it's very affordable too

Very affordable and very versatile. I bought this to use in Asian cooking but I have found I have been using it for other recipes like tarts and meatballs. It is also very cost efficient as a little as gone a long way and I have tons left over.

Coles corn flour is gluten free flour it's great to make a homemade custard also to thicken and make gravies or to also thicken your fruit if your cooking them to make jam it is very versatile and the cold spring is very affordable
