Coles brand Cornflour is gluten free and GMO free.This product is a great ingredient for thickening mixtures and blends easy with liquid for adding to casseroles,sauces and soups.Can be used in desserts such as sponge cakes and meringue base treats .I allways have in my pantry as is perfect for cooking and baking.
